Greeters: Smile, pass out ½ sheet information, point out coat racks, restroom, and coffee area.

Pre-service coffee and cookies: making or buying cookies, make coffee provided by church

Set-up coffee/cookie area

Set-up (if needed) and clean tables; make sure pencils/pens, giving envelopes and paper are on each table
